Looking for a team that works together. Love WOT, hate getting the random team where half the team says 'yahoo' and runs off to die. I'd like to work with a group willing to point out my mistakes, learn to work together, and not just yell at me when I make a noobie mistake on a game or a tank I've just started.

I've been playing with RTR for about a month. Really like level of intelligence I see in general. Would like to talk some of team into some practice games so people can tell me what I'm doing right/wrong.
